Ample parking facilities.
Laundry room.
Central heating
In early spring, late autumn and winter, you may wish to use central heating. Each apartment has its own gas meter.
Pets
Pets are allowed but they have specific areas around the house to be used as open-air bathrooms! You are pleased requested to clean in case the pets will dirty inside the house garden. Pets must be protected with flea-treatment during the rental period.
