Each apartment has:

Ample parking facilities.
Laundry room.

Housekeeping

Mulino di Rimaggio is fully cleaned prior to your arrival and on each Saturday during your stay.
Should you require more frequent cleaning, we can organize a mid-week clean on Wednesday.
The cost for this service: Euro 90,00.

Linen Changes

Clean bed, bath, pool and household linens are provided on your arrival and are changed on each Saturday during your stay, If you'd like mid-week change, we can also arrange for a change on Wednesday.
The change includes bed, bath, kitchen and dining linens and pool towels. The cost is based on the number of bedrooms in use per apartment, as follows:
1 bedroom : Euro 40,00
2 bedrooms : Euro 70,00.

Central heating

In early spring, late autumn and winter, you may wish to use central heating. Each apartment has its own gas meter: payment will be according to the amount consumed: € 4,00 per m3

Firewood

Each apartment is provided with a small quantity of logs for the fireplace. Should you wish to purchase a supply of logs, firewood can be provided at a cost of Euro 30,00 per m3.
The BBQ grill is included with the house rental (charcoal is not).

Pets

Pets are allowed but they have specific areas around the house to be used as open-air bathrooms! You are pleased requested to clean in case the pets will dirty inside the house garden. Pets must be protected by flea-treatment during the rental period.
