Almost the entire apartment runs along the banks of the Borro di Rimaggio Stream, hence its name. But it also enjoys the atmosphere created by the gently bubbling water. Originally the upper floor was the living quarters for the miller and his family, while the ground floor in part served for housing domestic animals and in part for storing the flour.
