We have devided the Mulino di Rimaggio into three apartments and given them each a name that corresponds to their original use or setting: "Mill", "Stream" and "Hay-loft".

We carefully followed the various stages of restoration of each apartment, employing only local materials that were used at the time the Mulino was first built and choosing the best architectural solutions to respect the complex, as the building is protected by the Belle Arti (Fine Arts).

This has meant that the 3 apartments each have their own personality, yet at the same time are in complete harmony with their surroundings.

Antique family furniture and objects from the past have been recovered and given a special touch to complete the rooms, making them warm, welcoming and comfortable.

Each apartment has a double entrance and private garden with outside table, chairs and market umbrella; fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, log fireplace, spring drinking water, bathroom with shower, single central heating, satellite TV, telephone, stereo, barbeque.

The ample parking facilities and a laundry are communal.
